Jersey City Real Estate Company is seeking an experienced maintenance person for our Property Management Company. Knowledge of the following

Electric
Plumbing
Heating
Air Conditioning
Painting
General Repair work

Must have tools and a reliable car. $20-$40 an hour based on Experience.

References are required.

Salary: $20.00 – $40.00 per hour
