Growing Property Management Company in Jersey City is looking for an Experienced Property Administrative Assistant.

Provide assistance to a team of Property Managers in all administrative aspects of property management.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer telephones.
  • Tenant Relations.
  • Receive and Assign Work Orders and Purchase Orders.
  • Contacts and schedules contractors/vendors as needed.
  • Copying, filing and scanning.

Qualifications:

  • 3 Years in working in Property Management.
  • Familiarity with Real-estate Software such as Yardi and Rent Cafe’.
  • Flexibility to handle changing priorities and projects.
  • High School diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $40,000.00 – $60,000.00 per year
