Growing Property Management Company in Jersey City is looking for an Experienced Property Administrative Assistant.
Provide assistance to a team of Property Managers in all administrative aspects of property management.
Responsibilities:
- Answer telephones.
- Tenant Relations.
- Receive and Assign Work Orders and Purchase Orders.
- Contacts and schedules contractors/vendors as needed.
- Copying, filing and scanning.
Qualifications:
- 3 Years in working in Property Management.
- Familiarity with Real-estate Software such as Yardi and Rent Cafe’.
- Flexibility to handle changing priorities and projects.
- High School diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $40,000.00 – $60,000.00 per year
