We are seeking an apartment Maintenance Technician for our high rise buildings.

Immediate position available for a skilled maintenance employee for a property management company with the following qualifications:

Low Voltage knowledge MUST.
Experience with Excel Spreadsheets for low voltage analysis.
General Maintenance knowledge.
ONCALL rotation after hours and including weekends
Network connection, CAT-5 tracing and repair
Familiar with BMS and Lighting Management System
Blueprint diagram reading and mapping
Residential maintenance repairs and knowledge -Customer service interaction
Computer and network knowledge
Solid interpersonal skills, along with excellent communication skills, must be proficient in English.
Good listener and able to accurately transmit information
Reliable, highly organized, attention to detail, courteous, friendly, hardworking and professional.
Eager to learn and take on additional responsibility.
Extremely dependable and reliable, must be flexible to work during emergency situations
Dependable Transportation -Must be available weekends if needed or scheduled to work.
Knowledge of Spanish is a plus.

**Full time position (40hrs/week)

Salary: $26.00 – $28.00 per hour
